By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Schedule

The total service fee is split into equal installment payments as outlined on your invoice or checkout page.

Payments are automatically charged to the payment method provided on the scheduled dates (e.g. bi-weekly or monthly).

It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on each billing date.

2. Authorization to Charge

By completing your purchase, you authorize Skills CheK Licensing Inc. to automatically charge your card for each installment until the balance is paid in full.

This authorization remains valid even if you do not actively use the service during the payment period.

3. Missed or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Skills CheK Licensing Inc. may attempt to reprocess the charge.

Continued failed payments may result in:

- Temporary suspension of services or access

- A requirement to pay the remaining balance in full

Skills CheK Licensing Inc. reserves the right to pause or terminate services until the account is brought current.

4. No Refunds or Cancellations

All payment plans are non-refundable.

Choosing a payment plan does not change our no-refund policy.

You are committing to the full service amount, not individual installments.

5. Early Payoff

You may pay off the remaining balance early upon request.

Early payoff does not change the total amount owed unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Scope of Services

Services, deliverables, access to resources, sessions, or support are provided according to the package purchased.

Payment plans do not guarantee outcomes, including admissions, licenses, visas, employment, or permanent residence.

7. Service Usage Period

Services and materials must be used within the stated validity period (typically within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise specified).

Unused services do not carry monetary value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.

8. Dispute Policy

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for payments that were validly charged under these terms.

Any billing questions must be raised directly with our team ([email protected]) before contacting your bank or card provider.

9. Agreement

By paying your invoice or enrolling in a payment plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment plan terms.
