Services may change, expand, or vary over time depending on packages, promotions, or operational needs. No service list should be considered exhaustive.

All services are supportive and informational in nature.

3. No Immigration, Legal, or Licensing Authority Disclaimer

Skills Chek is not:

An immigration consultancy, law firm, government body, licensing authority, employer, or job placement agency.

We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, financial advice, employment guarantees, licensing approvals, exam guarantees, nor visa or permanent residence outcomes.

All final decisions regarding licensing, exams, employment, immigration, or credentials are made solely by government bodies, regulatory authorities, or third parties, not Skills Chek.

4. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information

You agree to:

- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

- Submit required documents in a timely manner

- Review all materials provided to you

- Respond to requests for clarification when needed

Skills Chek is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, missing documents, misrepresentation, failure to follow instructions, or timelines. You remain fully responsible for your applications and decisions.

5. Fees, Payments & Additional Costs

All fees are disclosed before purchase or engagement.

You acknowledge that:

- Licensing processes, requirements, and costs vary by province

- Provincial regulatory bodies may change fees or requirements at any time

- Ontario licensing pathways often involve additional steps and service complexity

- Additional service fees may apply for Ontario-based licensing support

- Any additional fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.

Third-party fees (such as exam fees, assessments, translations, courier services, or regulatory fees) are separate from Skills Chek’s service fees and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments to Skills Chek are final and non-refundable.

This is because:

- Services involve professional time, expertise, and administrative work

- Work often begins immediately upon payment

- Many services are non-reversible once initiated

- Access to proprietary tools, resources, templates, or materials is granted upon purchase

- Third-party coordination and planning may begin immediately

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. No Guarantees or Outcomes Disclaimer

Skills Chek does not guarantee licensing approval, exam success, employment, income levels, immigration outcomes, processing times, or acceptance by any authority or organization

Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including regulatory decisions, individual qualifications, and third-party processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Skills Chek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided

- We are not responsible for third-party actions, decisions, or system failures

You use our services at your own discretion and risk.

9. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials provided by Skills Chek, including:

- Guides

- Checklists

- Written content

- Digital resources

remain the intellectual property of Skills Chek.

You may use these materials for personal use only.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, or reproduce them without written permission.

10. Termination of Services

Skills Chek reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior occurs

- Continued service is not feasible or ethical

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
